ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MICROWAVE AND DISHWASHER SAFE?

Yes! All of our ceramic products are food, microwave, and dishwasher safe. However, handwashing always is better for the longevity of the pot.

HOW FAST WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Please allow 3 business days for order fulfillment and another 2-4 business days for delivery.

IS YOUR PACKAGING ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?

All Pepper Stone Ceramics packaging is 100% recyclable, biodegradable OR in some rare cases post-consumer packaging, re-used from other vendors.

WHAT IF MY POTTERY WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING?

If you receive pottery that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date with photos of the damaged items and the packaging materials. We can then work out a refund/exchange. After 24 hours of the delivery date, damaged goods will not be taken into consideration.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

Yes. If you receive your pottery and are not 100% happy with them, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we will send you instructions on how to ship the items back to us safely. We will then issue you a full refund once we receive the pieces in “like new” condition. The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

DO YOU DO CUSTOMS?

WHAT IS YOUR POTTERY MADE OF?

Pepper Stone Ceramics uses stoneware clay sourced from Asheville, NC, and Carnegie, Pennsylvania. Our glazes are formulated in-house and are lead-free and food safe.

WHY AREN’T MY PIECES PERFECTLY IDENTICAL?

We strive for uniformity between pieces. However, due to the nature of hand-made pottery, each piece will be slightly unique. We celebrate this aspect knowing that every person gets a one-of-a-kind pot, from our hands to yours.
